Shipping & Delivery Policy
We are shipping products directly to you with the help of registered courier partners.

Once the order is placed you will receive the notification. We take a minimum of 2 – 3 days for the shipment in the metro cities and in the non-metro cities, the shipment may take 6 - 8 working days (Due to the current COVID-19 situation, disruptions in delivery could occur).

For convenience, you will also get notified from our side on your registered phone number and email id about the status of your shipment.
Orders from remote areas will require additional shipping fees.
Return & Refund Policy (Food Articles/edibles)
Though products once delivered, cannot be returned/exchanged/ replaced. We only replace products or provide a refund if they are damaged or tampered with, during transit.

Return & Refund Policy (Gear/Equipments)
We have a 5-day return policy if:

If there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use for our products

If you have received the product in a damaged condition; in this case, you need to inform us about the condition within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.

Product should be returned to the address mentioned on the website in case of refund/return.
The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

Damages due to misuse of the product

Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

Any consumable item which has been used/installed

Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers

Digital products/services

Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

Performance-related issues like heat retention and leak prevention which vary from user to user

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered

Charges for value-added services like express delivery, gift wrapping, personalization etc are non-refundable.
Please ensure that product is in unused and in original condition which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing and the invoice along with the product. And in the case of any manufacturing defects, we require the original packing, accessories and invoice even though the product may have been used by you.
Cancellation Policy
The order cancellation window is only for 2 hours after placement. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
