Roasters's Story
This specialty coffee is created by sending some of our finest Arabica beans on a 2-3 month vacation to coastal karnataka! The beans are stored in large shipping containers, partially exposed to humid and salty sea air where they are left to absorb moisture and develop a truly unique character. This process is essentially a recreation of a British-era shipping misadventure, where a shipful of coffee beans got over exposed to sea air. Initially discarded, and then accidentally discovered, these beans were all the rage in London for their very unique character and cupping notes.
Clouds In My Coffee works best black, brilliantly as an espresso, or with a spot of milk / cream.
