Dark Drinking Chocolate
Organic, vegan, gluten free, soy free & non-alkalised.
Can be consumed hot or cold.
Hot Chocolate:
1 cup hot milk,
3-4 tbsp of Mason & Co drinking chocolate,Combine drinking chocolate with 1/4 cup of milk & stir quickly until mixture emulsifies. When foam starts to appear, add remaining milk.
Feeling adventurous? Add a punch of cinnamon, vanilla or salt.
Cold Chocolate:
3 tbsp of Mason & Co drinking chocolate
1.5 cups of milk
1 scoop of chocolate ice-cream
1 handful of ice
Blend all ingredients for 10 seconds and serve chilled, topped with chocolate shavings.
