This cacao powder is made entirely from organic cacao beans sourced from farmers in Southern India.
We have made our powder with a higher percentage of cacao butter for a lush and well rounded flavour.
While most commercial cacao powders undergo a chemical alkalising process to darken the colour and alter the taste, ours in completely natural.Organic, vegan, gluten free & soy free.
Mason & Co Story
Mason & Co was started by a lawyer and a sound-engineer who love
the art and science of making and eating chocolate.
Bean To Bar - We execute every step of the chocolate making process, from the cacao bean to the chocolate bar.
Farmer Direct - We work directly with farmers to source, harvest & process only the highest quality cacao.
Organic - All our cacao comes from organic certified farms; we never add preservatives or chemicals to our products.
Single Origin - Our chocolate is made with beans from South India, particularly grown on farms in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Artisan - All the products are hand-crafted by the amazing all-female Mason & Co workforce.
