Coffees from the Venkids Valley estate are a hot commodity around the world, and Pavan and Shilpa are picky about who they sell, which to coffee to! This gorgeous Yellow Honey processedCatuai is one of those coffees that is rarely seen on Indian shores and shelves (perhaps never), until now! We feel super lucky to be one of the very few roasters to get our hands on this beauty, and we’re treating it the way it ought to be treated, lightly and delicately! This light roast is sweet, juicy, and has hints of glorious citrus that make you wonder what Pavan has done to make this coffee so freaking delicious! The star though is the Honey like sweetness that lingers for days! This light roast is best had black as a Pour Over, Aeropress, or similar filter brewers!
